What the Tarkov currency calculator does
Escape from Tarkov has three everyday currencies: roubles (₽), dollars ($) and euros (€). Most traders deal in roubles, but Peacekeeper prices his goods in dollars and some items and quests call for euros, so you often need to know what an amount is worth in another currency. This Tarkov currency calculator converts between all three at the trader rates you enter and shows the amount in every currency at once.
Unofficial fan tool: not affiliated with or endorsed by Battlestate Games. Game data last checked: October 2026.
How to use the calculator
- Enter the amount you have or need.
- Choose the currency to convert from and to.
- Check the two rates. Roubles per dollar is Peacekeeper’s price for $1 and roubles per euro is Skier’s price for €1. They are prefilled with the October 2026 figures from the official wiki; overwrite them with today’s prices from the trader screen for an exact answer.
The result shows the converted amount, the value in roubles, dollars and euros, and the dollar-to-euro ratio at your rates. The working lists each multiplication and division.
How to convert Tarkov currency by hand
Everything goes through roubles. First turn what you have into roubles by multiplying by its rate. Then divide by the rate of the currency you want.
Example: €2,000 to dollars at ₽173 per dollar and ₽202 per euro.
- Euros to roubles: 2,000 × 202 = ₽404,000.
- Roubles to dollars: 404,000 ÷ 173 = $2,335.26.
Example: what does $650 cost in roubles? 650 × 173 = ₽112,450.
Because traders sell whole notes, round a purchase up: if a deal needs €1,485.15, buy €1,486.
Tarkov rubles to euros and dollars
At ₽173 per dollar and ₽202 per euro:
| Roubles | Dollars | Euros |
|---|---|---|
| ₽10,000 | $57.80 | €49.50 |
| ₽50,000 | $289.02 | €247.52 |
| ₽100,000 | $578.03 | €495.05 |
| ₽250,000 | $1,445.09 | €1,237.62 |
| ₽1,000,000 | $5,780.35 | €4,950.50 |
At these rates $1 is worth €0.8564 and €1 is worth $1.1676. When the trader prices move, the whole table moves with them, so use the calculator with today’s rates rather than relying on a saved chart.
Where the exchange rates come from
Peacekeeper sells dollars and Skier sells euros, both from loyalty level 1, so new players can buy either from the start. The Official Escape from Tarkov Wiki listed the conversion as about 1:173 for dollars and 1:202 for euros when this page was checked, and notes that the rates change slightly on a daily basis. Fan sites quote different fixed rates, which is why the calculator lets you type your own. The rates you see in the trader screen are the ones that matter.
Keeping the rates current
Trader prices drift from day to day, so treat the prefilled rates as a starting point. Before a big purchase, open Peacekeeper’s and Skier’s trade screens, note what one dollar and one euro cost in roubles, and type those two numbers into the Tarkov currency calculator. If you play PvE, take the prices from the PvE trader screens. The page records when the defaults were last checked, so you can see at a glance how old they are.
Real-life uses
- Shopping at Peacekeeper. Turn a dollar price into roubles to compare it with the same item from a rouble trader or the flea market.
- Saving for euro costs. Quests and hideout upgrades that ask for euros are easier to plan when you know the rouble total. The wiki lists €25,000 for the Solar Power module and €200,000 for Stash level 4.
- Judging loot. Value a stack of dollars or euros from a raid in roubles before you decide what to keep.
- Comparing flea offers. Enter a flea price as the rate to see how it compares with the trader’s.
Common mistakes
- Multiplying when you should divide. To go from roubles to dollars, divide by the rate. ₽100,000 is about $578, not 17 million dollars.
- Converting dollars to euros directly. Traders sell both currencies for roubles, so work through roubles using both trader rates.
- Using an old rate. A rate that is a few roubles off adds up on large amounts. On ₽1,000,000, the gap between ₽192 and ₽202 per euro is more than €250.
- Forgetting to round up. Traders deal in whole dollars and euros, so a fractional result means one more note.

Assumptions and limitations
- Unofficial fan tool. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Battlestate Games. Escape from Tarkov is a trademark of Battlestate Games. Game data last checked October 2026.
- The default rates are ₽173 per dollar and ₽202 per euro, the approximate rates on the Official Escape from Tarkov Wiki's Currency page (last edited September 8, 2026). The wiki notes the rates change slightly every day, so copy today's prices from the trader screen for exact figures.
- Every conversion goes through roubles. Dollars to euros is the dollar amount × the dollar rate ÷ the euro rate.
- Roubles are shown as whole numbers and dollars and euros to the cent. Traders deal in whole units, so round up to the next whole dollar or euro when you buy.
- The calculator values money at the rates you enter. It does not include flea market fees or offer prices; enter a flea price as the rate if that is how you are trading.
